ROVER 12 hp 4/5-Seater Tourer Specification, Model Year 1920
Engine
Four cylinders, with detachable heads, cast in one piece and offset
75 x 130 mm bore and stroke
Oil pumped into troughs under connecting rods by geared pump placed at the bottom of the sump
The overflow of oil from the troughs is filtered on its way back to the sump, in which about 1½ gallons of oil is carried
Magneto and camshaft driven by silent chains
Water cooling by pump
