The 1930s

As explained otherwise, the designation "P1" is not used by ROVER. Thus today the models "Ten", "Twelve" and "Fourteen" are combined, which are presented completely renewed with the model year 1934.

1934 - 1938 ROVER 10 hp "Ten"

The ROVER "Ten" replaces the models of the series "10/25hp", also the "Family Ten" and "Ten Special".

1934 - 1936 ROVER 12hp "Twelve"

The ROVER "Twelve" largely corresponded to the "Ten", with the exception of the more powerful engine. Regarding the bodywork the differences to the "Ten" remained marginal.

1934 - 1936 ROVER 14hp "Fourteen"

The ROVER "Fourteen" also got a new chassis. Basically it replaced the "Pilot" series, whose engine it took over.

1935 - 1936 ROVER 14hp "Speed Fourteen"

The ROVER "Speed Fourteen" is the sporting model of the series. With an engine upgraded with three carburettors, streamlined ports and exhausts and an high compression cylinder head is a very fast car.
